can you login My Account? if you can login, just go to Profile page and click Manage EverSafe ID
if you cannot login, then it has to be updated by PM agent. You can submit ticket by direct message:

using the app, log in to your acct > click the Account tab...tap Manage Login (Secured by Eversafe)..you update email there.

Login to your account on the PM app or website then go to Account tab-Manage Login (Secure by EverSafe)-click on Pencil icon next to old email address.

first, you can still use your "old" email to login My Account. After you are logged in, go to Profile > Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the email address there. Or you can first login My Account, then paste this link to access change email page:
https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/changeemail
If you are using PM app, you can go to Account > Manage Login (Secured by EverSafe) and update the email address there
If you cannot login My Account or PM app at all, you will have to ask PM CS agent to help to update the email address. Please private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
