My dad very recently bought a used Apple iPhone XR for my sister for 369$ + tax. I just checked today that the price has been reduced to 279$. Is it possible to get a refund of the difference of price. I know I can return it for a full refund and then repurchase, however I would rather not go through that hassle. Even, credit to one of our phone plans is fine (we are all on public mobile). Thank you.

Yes, the phone discounted is in the same quality tier (very good).

So if the difference is for the same condition phone then follow the steps above and if they don't honour a refund, do the return workaround instead.
They should do it but I would expect a no answer. The workaround would cost more for them to get the return shipped and a new order shipped.

If you do the return and the repurchase you will also qualify for the $30 bill credit.

@labcat2000 I would open a ticket with PM Support and see what they say. if they are willing to adjust the amount , Good!!
if not, then cancel the current order as you have 30 days full money guarantee., then rebuy with the new one
To open ticket with CPO issue, please only use direct message as Chatbot still have problem with CPO related ticket.

@labcat2000 hi your best bet is to contact customer support to ask for the difference
There are two ways to contact a customer service agent , open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca
Or private message them here
