Please, I tried to fix prblem with my battery that was going fater, not keeping charge so choose for mote time of use but now it can't open so do you know how can I fix it or can you help me with?
How old is your phone ? Depending on the age either you may need to replace the battery or if your phone is several years old then it maybe more cost effective to buy a new phone. Do you have another phone - if you do then try putting the sim in it.
