Hi there,
Since I am not able to submit a ticket (there is a stop sign on submit despite I fill out everything) I am writing my issue here.
I proceeded to a line transfer to Public Mobile, authorised the transfer from my older carrier (says Yes from texto) but I'm still receiving textos and calls from my older carrier. Mobile Data seems working fine and I do have 5G+ also from Public Mobile.
I received a texto from my older carrier saying the transfer has been expired because I didn't replied (I did) and I received another texto from Public Mobile saying the transfer has been expired and if I want to re-do the process, to text 1, which I did but nothing happens.
I tried to call to the phone number mentionned in the Public Mobile texto and it's saying there is nothing no transfer in pending.
It is just a huge delay for the transfer to be 100% done?
Or there is really on issue on my transfer process?

There is a number to call to talk to live support, they can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) . Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed
