Do you mean the PUK (Personal Unlocking Key)?

If it is an iPhone, go to Cellular>SIN PIN.

@Gail-ann you meant voucher PIN to load voucher to account?  Usually it is through #611 but it is currently with issue.  So, best is to login to My Account to load voucher there

If you rmant account 4 digits PIN, it is used for some action of *611 for verification.  You can reset it on My Account under Profile page
