My card number which is used for auto pay is changed. Where is the place to enter the new number. The payments due on April 23.

Setting up AutoPay means that you earn $2 every 30 days!
To set up AutoPay, sign in to your Self-Serve account, select the ‘Payment’ tab, then ‘Register for AutoPay’. From here, you can sign up for AutoPay or remove the feature, if you no longer want payments to automatically occur. If you would like to change the card that is automatically charged, scroll to the bottom of the ‘Payment’ tab, then select ‘Manage my card’. This will allow you to update or remove your credit or Visa Debit card.
Two options are available: "Replace this credit card" and "Remove this credit card"
Use "Replace this credit card" to update the CC info

@telefon You have to remove the old autopay card and replace it with the new one. Use this screenshot below to see wjere to go.When entering your debit/ credit card information:
1. Enter the credit card address exactly as it appears on your statement ( capitalize all if necessary ).
2. Leave the apartment field blank, if applicable enter your apt in the street address field ie xxx - street address.
3. Enter your postal code without spaces ( if there is a space on the credit card statement then enter the first 5 digits only with the space).

Go into your self seve account click on payment:
Then click on manage auto pay:
Then click Remove auto pay:
Then Go back repeat step one and two and on step three ADD auto pay and input your new card number.
You can also do what @Triguy & @gpixel said both methods will work 🙂

To update or remove your credit or Visa debit card details, sign in to Self-Serve. Once signed in, click on the ‘Payment’ tab, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select ‘Manage my card’. Here, you will have the option to either select ‘Replace this card’, where you can enter the details for your new card, or ‘Remove this card’. You will need to review and confirm this change to your account and then you’re all set..Remember, accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Visa Debit cards that have been issued by Canadian or American financial institutions and are associated with addresses in Canada or the U.S. If you are using a payment card, leave the apartment/suite number in the payment information section blank.

@telefon go into your self serve account and click on the payment tab>manage my card.
Make it a practice to manually pay a few days ahead of your renewal date. sometimes the auto pay doesn't work correctly and it won't subtract funds from your credit/bank account. you will still qualify for the $2 auto pay reward.
