Card not registering

This is either the second or third time this has happened to me and is utterly ludicrous... I have tried all the suggestions but my new card wont register. It has money on the account, i have reentered all the information repeatedly, i tried capitalizations and none, I have omitted spaces, I have double checked my information as registered with the bank... I need to use a phone and if I really have to wait 48 hours I'm going to be finding another service to use. Not only do you get effed over for not being able to use your phone indefinitely but you will never be conpensated for that lost time  and they remind you that youre still going to pay for the time it would not let you access your services... Please can someone help me before I am forced to switch to chatr or freedom????

i had the same issue, i called my bank and it wasnt an issue with them. what worked for me though, was getting a credit card (debit didnt work for me so i got a credit card for my plan only) and going on a private tab, clear my browsing history, wait an hour or so, then put in the exact information that you put for your bank (address and stuff too), for the postal code, dont put any spaces though, DONT use the apt box (do apt-number-street im pretty sure, in the address box) if you have any more questions contact one of the mods 🙂

I put the first initial of my middle name in with the first name, if it's on the card @evanwcormack . I would use Toronto, would Scarborough even fit?

I appreciate the insight, the thing is that I have gone through 2 different td visa debit cards here successfully (eventually) so I know it should work. I have a middle name which Im not sure how to fit or not fit it in (first name section? Initial? Full name?), also my city is written as scarborough or toronto depending who you ask and am not sure which one to use. Cant call my bank rn either...

@evanwcormack, am assuming you have tried everything if you know how the community works. The only explanation is the card itself and this is what I think you may be used in your past posts 'rbc virtual visa debit'

I never had much luck with RBC credit cards, and TD. Do you have a real credit card with a low credit limit? I don't use virtual visa debit cards, because I like the feel of the card and the pain when I say 'Visa' but, I use a Visa credit card, and then I tell the bank, I want the credit limit lower down so if it gets stolen, am not out $10,000 but only $500 or whatever limit you want.

I know this comment probably isn't much help at this time, but looking at every angle if you already attempted every angle.
