How do I update my payment card?

@GraceWeir - since your community account was just created, I presume you may have activated in store and may have never registered for a My Account before.

 

You can submit a ticket here to: create a My Account Profile.  Then follow others; suggestions to update your card.

Would recommend doing these below steps while in incognito mode:

 

  1. log into your self-serve account
  2. click the 3rd tab down on the left hand side, titled "Payments"
  3. in the Pre-authorized area tap "Manage Payment Method"
  4. then tap "Update Card Information"
  5. from there, you'll be prompted to enter the complete credit card information with the new information
  6. then tap "Save Payment Information" at the bottom

You can do this on My Account yourself

 

Simply login to My Account, Payment page,  then click Manage Payment Method, and Update Card information.  You can then enter the info for the new card
