Cant verify my identity

I login to my account perfectly fine and my community account perfectly fine. Talk to the chatbot which opens a ticket for me to get an agent. But when i get to the end to verify my account/ details it says invalid account so I cant even get ahold of...

Yes I did use incognito on the browser but not working.

Just verify with the pin option. I just had a turnaround time of 12 minutes to have the freebies added. I use the pin option. I've never had luck with the login option. I think it's broken. But pin works every time.
