Cant send or receive pictures through text

Windows phone Lumia 950

I always get "Media content in this message". "Download" <-- click, nothing happens.

Unable to send pictures too.

Anyone know a solution? ty

Almost a year later and this is your first post. Welcome. Have a look at the date in the upper right corner of posts in a thread. This thread you replied to last had activity about 2.5 years ago.

only for  android phones.

goto google type in this:

public mobile APN MMS settings

follow their instructions to add the proper APN to your phone. this will resolve your inability to receive text photos.

if your phone is an android and you may also be having trouble accessing data when roaming (ie away from WIFI)

Then you may need to reset your MMS APN Settings on your phone.

Which if you are like me this is all foreign but go to google and type in this:

public mobile APN MMS settings

it will give you directions on how to add a new APN setting to your phone.

this new APN setting is needed to use Public Mobile.

TRust me this works but be patient and meticulous about entering in the info accurately.

I had a similar issue on my android phone. I'm pretty sure data has to be on to be able to send a MMS.

And as one of the users here mentinoed you have to have the correct APN settings.
