Cant see any myaccount information

I've logged in through my account and entered in the email pin but after it just takes me to the front page of public and whenever i click on "my account" it just brings me to the same front page.

did you try using Public Mobile app? and what happens if you try using a different browser?

 could be just a browser cache problem.  Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)

if same, then please submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
