My partner can not get into her public mobile account as she forgot her password. The password reset email is not being emailed to her either.
How can we get her password reset ?
have all account info to verify!

Have you ever created a self serve account before, if not you can register for one here:
https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If you have created a self serve account and you are having issues logging in, try clearing your browser's cache, or try a different browser or device. Opening a tab in incognito mode may help as well.
Also, too many failed attempts may temporarily lock your account access. So wait 15+ minutes before you try again.

Contact agent if you cannot find reset pass email anywhere in your mail boxes.

@mikemacleod199 , has the spam folder been checked? In any event if the password reset email is not being receive, you can use the Chatbot link at the bottom of the webpage to initiate a support ticket to have the password reset.
