Hey,
I've tried all the suggestions listed in the community to resolve this issue but I don't think it is related to my cell phone. I think its related to something with the Public Mobile service. Can u assist with this thx.

It maybe a provisional/backend issue with your SIM so contact a CS_Agent (moderator) to look into the issue for you.
