Cant login to self serve and cant use forgot password

Hi there, trying to log into self serve but i forgot my password apparently.

Everytime i use the forgot password though nothing happens. I never receive a password email.

Hey @ghilborn, sorry to hear that you're having trouble accessing your account through self-serve. 

Please send a private message to the moderator team with the following information:

• Your e-mail address
• Your Public Mobile phone number
• Let them know that you're unable to access your self-serve account and that you are not receiving an e-mail when attempting to reset your password.

They'll be able to get your account reset so that you can access it again.
