I was locked out of my account. I was trying to renew my payment method, it kept saying wrong password when I knew it was correct. I had it under saved passwords. The only way I could get back in was say forgot password and got sent a link to reset my password. I have heard that if you don't login in to your account every now and then, you get locked out. I am definitely looking into another provider. Am fed up
