@The_dude4501 Double check your credit card that you were not already charged . And also make sure the expiry on the card is still valid . When you try again try incognito or private mode .or a different device . If on website try doing it in the app instead

If it's asking for money then you've chosen change now. Is that what you want? Unless you need data now then it's preferable to change at next renewal because there is no prorating here.

@The_dude4501 You may need to wait a full hot before trying again . And are you trying to change immediately. Or change plan for next renewal
