I cannot change my plan in self serve .
I am currently without service trying to add 30day provincial talk . The funds are available. And I have even added more than necessary as the processing of plan change seems to require a payment. But it says payment failed. With an updated balance that is sufficient for plan change. It's very frustrating. The self serve has never worked for me once in about 4 instances of needing to use
