you don't have an account setup yet?
make sure your debit card is a Visa Debit or Mastercard Debit, only those can be used to activate new account
if you have the correct Visa Debit or MC Debit, and our account is not fully setup yet, you cannot change the card, then just use another email to setup another account to subscribe. Make sure you use the PM app to subscribe
