Hi, I have question. I could activate my account on Sep.24 and this was first payment but there is another charge on Sep.16th, same amount $22 regarding from my master card statement. Could you find out what this for? I  remember I created my account on Sep.16th but could not activate because of could not download your App

hi @Keiko51 

maybe you activated 2 accounts instead of one.  You need to get PM to sort it out or both accounts could see recurring charges

submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".  
             (If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
