Hi,
I have two phones that I have configured with my parents in law and they lives remotely.
I have used my credit card for the automatic payment but unfortunately, that was before MFA required to enter the code from the phone itself and they are easily stressed so can't ask them for the MFA code and want to make a few changes.
Is there a way to do those things without the MFA code (self-serve) , especially the one for cancelling the phone/plan?)

You can also send the code to email. I'm assuming it's your email account.
Click didn't receive the code? And it will ask to send to email instead.
However, moving forward it's easier to call them 5 minutes before and explain to them that you are sending the code to their phone to look out for it and you will call them back for it.
A lot of places are doing the 2fa codes these days with no way around it.
I personally have a different phone number not already in use by Telus so I am able to change the phone number in the profile to mine so the 2fa always go to me instead of the person who is holding the phone. If you don't have a phone with the system already you can change it to yours under Eversafe.
