New Account Set Up, Cant port number from Koodo.
I have set up a new account from PM and was assigned a temporary number. when I try to port in my active Koodo prepaid number there is an error message. " We are experiencing difficulties in processing this request. Please contact Public Mobile for additional assistance."

All is well when mod got involved. Everything up and running with number ported in from Koodo.

I have tried that several times but will do so again. However my wife is out with her phone right now and I dont want to cut her off from Koodo while she is away.

There's a glitch on the page... Start over and click the "I am authorized..." check-box first, then you'll be able to proceed.
