Cant Change Plan

Im trying to switch plans for a cheaper option but evertyime i log in, for weeks now i cant change plan. it just shows up blank it doesnt even show me what my current plan is. Is  anyone else having this problem? is public mobile trying to prevent ppl at this time trying to change plans because everyone is going to a cheaper option because there all at home?

Update 1:

I tried Firefox and Opera private mode just now.  Both showed me a list of plans which I can select to change.

But Chrome incognito mode does not work.


Update 2:

My Windows 10 Chrome browser is working again without using incognito mode.

I had this problem a year ago and had to use a different browser. Everything is showing up properly now running Microsoft Edge Version 81.0.416.53 (Official build) (64-bit).

@Bainer55 , if you have tried everything possible, I suggest contacting the moderator team for assistance.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. When I posted I had tried it and I got the same thing. Now after these few minutes it works. Like I said...mood. 🙂

@Bainer55 The page is blank for me as well. Probably, it is a tech issue and will be resolved itself soon. Or you can create a ticket with SIMON by clicking ? on bottom right.

You are actually right! I can confirm!
The page does come with Blank and the current plan is not listed either.

Could it be bugged?

I would suggest, Opening a ticket with the  Mod team! So they can help you change the plan and also fix the bug. 

 

To Submit a ticket,

Start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon Click The "?" at the bottom right corner.


This connects to the Autobot SImon.

  • Type "Moderator" and follow the prompts.
  • Click on the " Account Specific Question 
  • Afterward click on "No, I want a human
  • You will see a "Submit a ticket Click me!

I don't think the latter statement is the case. Couple suggestions, try logging in from a different device like. a laptop or another phone. Second, if that doesn't work try clearing any browsing history and cache or cookies. If you still have issues then as SIMon

@Bainer55 Make sure you using the latest version of the browsers. Chrome and Edge work best. Make sure JavaScript is enabled.

There's no conspiracy.

Try using a different browser or clearing cache/site cookies or using incognito/private mode.

Although sometimes the site gets in a mood. Try again in another while using the above ideas.
