Cannt receive OTD code.

Tried many times. Still cannot receive the OTD code. Does anyone know how to do with this?

If you did not receive or cannot receive your 2FA code by SMS - Click on: ‘Didn’t get a code’ and you will get more options. Chose email.

@tzhang_1  did you just joined PM and never able to get an OTP on the phone successfully?

Also, you have PM service working without any issue and able to get people's sms ?

If you click "Resend code" , is "Send email" an option there?

It happens sometimes in other companies like Google and Apple, messages do not come in the intended time. It is generally because of systems whether the connection is not correct or there is something prevent it to reach your phone number. They will probably come after a day when they are unnecessary. However, I think it will be solved by its own after some time. 

You may open a ticket about the topic but they might not find a sole solution. It is better to click that 'Need Help' button to get further assistance.
