My account number is not displayed anywhere on the website. This is a serious issue. Please reach out to me.

Thank you for your help. I have tried using different browsers and in incognito mode. Neither worked.
I have just sent a message to CS_Agent. Do you know how long for a reply?

@Iantvpp please try login using Incognito mode
if still unable to sign in, please open ticket with PM support and ask them for the account number directly

Good suggestion - when I click this link I am brought to the sign-in page. When I try and sign in it bumps me back to the sign-in page so I am unable to make progress.
The way I visit my profile I click a link to the community posts which allows me to enter my account. This is another issue.

Good suggestion - however payment history doesn't show up in my account page. This didn't work.

You can also go to payment history and click on Download Receipt and it will have all your account information including your account number.
Print it out so you have a hard copy.
