I bought an e sim and a 56$ plan and the cellular data said it’s connected to telus but the app says to gain full access verify the phone number u selected but the device is not getting any text messages and cannot send any text messages the esim is Broken please return my money or verify my phone number

Clicking the support ticket link goes to private message with no spot to enter it and clicking resend code dosent work I’ve tried

@Bjayy Tap resend code a few times you should get option to send code to email instead . If no luck please submit ticket with support to help you fix
