My VISA card used for autopay recently expired. I have attempted to change the information online using the update function several times and every time, it fails. I need to accomplish this in order to ensure my payments go through and there is no interruption in service. Please contact me to ensure I can accomplish this prior to my plan expiring.

if you're getting close to renewal time, consider getting payment vouchers at 7/11. Shell or Walmart. Then dial 611 to add them to your account, ready for renewal. Deal with updating debit at your leisure.

Website is finicky. Next time you try, maybe try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or a different device. Or even the PM app.

Hi @MyrtleCove13 - you'll want to open up a ticket to get this sorted out. Simply click the little chatbot icon (bottom-right) and ask to create a ticket. It will as you to click a link to get things going. Support will then connect with you to sort out the issue.
