Activating new account wit a new SIM. Entered all information including credit card, referral code etc. Then screen got stuck on step 3 "linking account to plan". Waited for 20 or so minutes and tried again but now when I enter SIM card number, it says invalid SIM card / Enter valid SIM card number. I checked my credit card account and I was charged for the initial amount.
Mods... please help!!

From the accepted solution, it sounds like your phoen is working, but check if you can log in to your account. Freezing on the last step can make the self serve to not set up properly.
