I’m having this issue as well for my wife’s account. She has been using her phone on Public mobile for a few months now. When we try to login to her account it forces her to sim activation screen

 

im thinking something did not get setup on Publics side

@Abewwwwwww - Create ticket with CS_Agent here to see if it hasn't fully completed activation on their side.
