Wanted to change Alternate Phone in My Profile. Found that City was erased and only four characters of postal code was present.
"Markham" was not a city that could be selected from those present in the drop down. So I had to put "MARKHAM" in Address 2 and use "TORONTO" as a city from the drop down.
Will those responsible rectify the City drop down to make available all valid cities at the least in Ontario?

Yes, I just tested for you and "Markham" is really not a choice there.
I suggest you just leave it blank.
PM is prepaid provider, the address really no that important other than for your validation with CS agent So, I would suggest to leave it blank rather than put a different one. In case you need to validate with CS agent and you said Markham, but they see Toronto and they might treat it as a wrong answer
and for the City box, since there are so many, I think they should make it a field to fill in instead of a drop down. No matter how many you put , there will always be odd ones
Unfortuantely, if the customers needs to make a change to anything else in the profile, the city can't be left blank. As for the city list being the same as the list of the available rate centres of phone numbers, I don't mind that part so much, but why does the system refuse to allow the customer to save the changes if someone types in a city name that isn't in the list? This all ignores the fact that people don't always live/work in the same cities as the assigned phone numbers. Even if the proper city name is in the list, nobody would use a city name such as NORTHBAY, Ontario when the official name is in two words. If the entire idea of the Self Serve site was to make things more simple, this aspect has actually made things more complicated.

All those info is not necessary; I would not sweat to update it. PM will never call you by phone nor alternative phone.

You don't even need to put a number in Alternate phone number. Just leave it blank, as I have.

@hTideGnow- They just lazily used the same list of finding a phone number for activation and also change number. Just lazy.

That profile page is all quite unnecessary. There's no verification or cross-usage. You can put anything in. And why "at the least in Ontario"? You know there's a whole rest of the country out here right.
