I don’t know why I can’t sign in. I tried many times but still cannot sign in. Even though I gave my email and answer the right answer. It still shows I am wrong. Pls help

You go to https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html to open a ticket. Typing in questions about resetting your password will lead to it letting you contact a CSA.

First clear the cache and cookies on your browser then go in incognito.
If you tried too many times with incorrect password, you will need to wait about 15 minutes then try again to login.
If that fails, you will need to contact a CS_Agent tomorrow morning to get in touch with them via private messaging or SIMon Chabot (type in create a ticket).

If the forgot password link is giving you grief you can open a ticket with Customer Service or private message CS_Agent (go to the envelope icon in the top right)
