I have an ASUS Zenfone 5, and I've tried all the solutions presented in articles found here (resetting APN settings, APN type, etc.) and on the ASUS support site, and all I have found that works is resetting my data settings to factory.
The catch is that it allows me to receive only what has already been sent to me/what I have already sent pre-reset, and I cannot send or receive anything else post reset. Any ideas?

I have the same issue as Liviana. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3. I have entered the settings you have posted but unfortunately they are not working for me. Any other solutions perhaps? Please and Thank You

Thank you!! Those settings worked! I did NOT want to have to upgrade my phone! Lol I've had this thing for years and it's still perfect! 😀
