Hi there, I've switched back to Telus from Public after conintued issues. Yesterday I logged into my Public account, and could see my subscription, Now I cannot see my profile to cancel the subscription.
Can I please get some help getting my subscription cancelled?

If you ported out after you login into your account. You account will be closed automatically and you can’t access your account.
