I've been with Public Mobile for a couple of years now, and about 3 months ago I noticed I couldn't access my Plan Details. It wasn't important enough then to follow up, but now I really do what to review my plan, but can't.
I've tried:
-Logging in and out
-Clearing caches
-Different browsers
-Different computers
-Different phones
I simply cannot preview my plan details regardless, I get the message:
Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.
Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page

Luddite, your comment has nothing to do with the issue at hand. I didn't change my number, I still have a BC number even though I moved to PEI. In order to see your plan details, I must set it to the region that created the account or it produces an error.

I was setting my region to PEI
SOLUTION:
You must set your region to the area where you created the account.
Not quite correct. If you login to self serve and click Change Number you may choose a number from anywhere in Canada.

@TechCowboy Are you using a computer or your phone? Try it on another computer if it works then.....
I would also make sure your browser is up to date and try using Chrome Incognito mode.

@TechCowboy Are you using a computer or your phone? Try it on another computer if it works then.....
