Hi there. I've logged in on 2 different browsers, and tried to view my current plan. I get a genetic error page. Then I try to change plans, and it doesn't load my current plan, or any new plans available.
Is this a known issue? I have not seen it anywhere. This happens on both mine and my wifes accounts. We just want to confirm if our plan includes International calling/texting.

I had to use a different computer - different browser for it to work. Microsoft edge.

Unfortunately this does not work. I also tried incognito mode, and a different browser. I am on Google Chrome.

Any current PM plan has free international SMS/MMS.
If you already tried 2 different browsers, try to clean cache, cookies.
I just answered other post using Chrome (PM) and it worked as expected.
