Cannot reverse to previous plan

Hi,

I changed my plan to go to the Us for 2 months. Now that I am back, I would like to revert to my previous plan at 15$ with 250M. It is not part of my offering anymore by I can see it for newbies. Can I get it back?

@Ymorin   No, sorry.  You can only charge to plans that show in your account under "change subscription".  The $15 plan is no long available.  Too late now, but if you're on the $15 plan it's best to do US roaming with an add-on if you need to switch back.  You could look at the Telus $100 a year plan, which currently has a promotion with unlimited Canada-wide calling, texts and 2GB of data a month.  After a year it presumably reverts but something may be available by then that is better.  It works out to $8.33 a month.

I am sorry but you were not be able do downgrade your pln. PM removed that feature so you can only upgrade.

In very, very few cases customer can see cheaper plan available to them but in most (all) cases once you upgrade you are stack with it.

it is not unnormal to not able to change back to old plan with any carrier.  You can only change to current available plans and plan available on your My Account.  Sorry about that, please pick a plan that suit your current needs
