Cannot reset account password after getting admin help a month ago.

I lost my phone over a month ago needed help resetting password. After I got in and set up new sim it will no longer let me sign in or re set password. Keeps telling me to contact admin.

Best for you to contact customer support. Have you done a chargeback for a compromised card? Send a private message with the details of your issue.
