Cannot receive sms or calls

Hi there,

 

Today I noticed that I cannot receive sms or voice calls. Data and outgoing seem to work fine.

 

Can an admin help look into this for me? Thanks.

Thanks - that did it! Fingers crossed the issue is gone for good now.

Solution:

 

A quick workaround is to get another phone, put your PM SIM into and power it up.  It will force a re-provision and it should resolve your issue.  You can then put the SIM back to your original phone

 

If you don't have another phone around and cannot do it yourself, you will have to open a ticket with PM Support and they will do the work on the system.


Thanks eveyrone for these reports. I'm going to contact Publiic Mobile about these issues.  The amount of threads that I've seen tonight about this seem to be out of the ordinary.
