Hello, it has been about a week and I have not been able to receive or send calls on my device. I have tried everything including a phone reset with no success. I would like this resolved as soon as possible.

Are any other services working? Texts in and out? Browsing internet not on wifi? Is your account active?

@Kzdyb so, you were able to receive calls the text without issue earlier?
And outgoing calls no problem? How about data?
Try to reseat your sim card once. Power off, take sim card out for a minute and put it back in and power up
If still fails, try to put your PM sim card in another phone and see if it works
And did you try your phone in another area to see if you can receive calls? This can confirm if it is a localized issue

Did you port your old number over to PM?
If yes, did you reply to the text from your old carrier with the old SIM in your phone?
If no, your porting was cancelled.
You will need to contact a CS_Agent by private messaging above, create a ticket by SIMon Chatbot or call the Porting Department if you need the number (let me know).
