I cannot log into my account to see what is wrong but I can't receive or make calls. I don't understand as I've signed up for monthly automatic billing. I keep trying to get help from customer service but the chat bot is no help, keeps prompting me to make a ticker but I have to sign into my account to do that.. which I cannot log into! Please help

Just type in Create a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot or private message then on the envelope icon above.
If you are on AutoPay, they is a glitch on the website and AutoPay maybe disable.
So clear cache, cookie and go incognito on your browser when you try login to your account.

If you are locked out of your account wait a while and it will unlock. Clear your browser cache and go incognito. Use the Forgot your password link if necessary.

What recording do you get when you dial 611? So run it down...calls in and out? Texts in and out? Browsing internet not on wifi? What works?
