I have been trying to do a password reset for multiple days. I've tried via my email and phone number but I don't end up receiving any communication either way...
Any ideas how to deal with this issue?

Make sure the email address or phone number belong to an active PM account. Double check before submit.
I provided an email address used in an old PM account which was canceled a few years ago. I don't get any reply. because that PM account is no longer an active account.
This leads to my next questions to determine your account is still active. You account is still active even your account is suspended.

When did your last renewal correctly?
If your renewal did not processed correctly, your account will be suspended. Your account will be canceled 90 days after suspension,
Is your phone still working?
Call your PM phone number with another phone. If you get "the number you dialed is not assigned", your PM a/c was canceled and you will not get any response on your reset password request.

Are any services working? What recording do you get when you dial 611?

Try logging in to the website using another browser and in incognito or private mode first.
Then try again for your reset message or text.
You might want to login to the website using a computer or laptop instead of your mobile phone. Sometimes it makes a difference.
