Whenever I tried to login to my account, the confirmation code is always sent to a number which is not my number. This number seems to be the temporary number that I got assigned during the resolve of porting issues when I joined public Mobile.
Now all correspondent messages still sent to that number. I'll then have to switch to send to my email to get my confirmation code. I kinda worry that how many messages I have missed. Not sure if I can still trust PM 😞

@Chaohao In your account profile page “manage ever safe “ tap it and check or update the number there to your current phone number then you should get code sent to your phone/ number and not have to rely on the email for code

if you click Didn't receive code , do you see send email as option? If it is there, login with the code from email first. Then go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the phone number there
if you cannot even login , then ask support agent to change for you. Please message them here:
