Cannot receive confirmation SMS from shortcodes

Since the beginning of the month, I can't receive SMS from Paypal shortcode 725729. I didn't see in the shortcodes masterlist.

My sim card is been activated for a few years already.

Thanks, with this and remembering to check my block number list it works now.
I can't figure how this shortcode managed to be in my blocked list.

do you have other device to tried your SIM on it.

or

• go to your text app clear cache/clear data,
• updated version of Messages app,
• check your software ios update date,

This sim card is actived for a long time, a few years already. It just stopped receiving this particular shortcode at the start of the month.

If you just activated a public mobile sim card it can take some time (about a week) for certain short codes to find your new account. This has been reported before, but after the waiting period you should not have an issue @atlon04
