I can't seem to receive calls and I'm not sure why. I've followed all the instructions to troubleshoot the phone but still nothing.
Anyone know why this might be happening?

@tarainnes - are you services working okay now?
If not, some more details would be helpful to determine what your issue could be.
- Were you able to receive calls before?
- Can you make outgoing calls, texts in/out and use data?
- Did you try your SIM card into another phone to rule out a device setting/issue?
- Is your DND (do not disturb) accidently turned on?
- Have you checked for outages in your area?
- try to perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings
- try manually select the 3G / WCDMA ONLY network in your Mobile Connections area in your settings (temporarily)

Did you pick a new number?
If you did, just reboot your phone by powering off and wait 2 minutes then power back on.
If you ported your old number from another carrier, as noted by @computergeek541, you need to leave your old SIM in your phone and wait for a text confirming you are porting over to PM with YES but there is a 90 minute window for you to reply.
If you missed this step or replied too late, contact a CS_Agent by creating a ticket through SIMon Chatbot or private message them on this Community page to restart the porting process. They will be available from 6:00am to 11:00pm EST so keep your eyes on the envelope icon above when they reply back to you.

Did you ask for a phone number to be ported into Public Mobile? If that's the case, you need to ensure that your old carrier's SIM card is kept in your phone so that you can answer a taxt message from your old carrier to approve of the phone number transfter. All incominmg phone calls will continue to go to your old carrier's service until number porting has completed.
