Cannot pay bill

When I open the app it says its in maintenance mode. And when I try to acesss the website I get "

Our services are getting an upgrade.

From March 4th 10:00 PM EST (7:00 PM PST) to March 5th 9:30 AM EST (6:30 AM PST) new plan purchases, activations, and account changes will be temporarily unavailable. Come back and visit us again after the upgrade is complete."

Is there anyone to even pay a bill at this point?

hi @Abby111 yup, site is down at the moment

ignore that message from the downtown, they didn't update it, we saw the same "time" on the last couple maintenance 

if you need to pay your account quick and don't want to wait, buy a voucher from Shoppers Drug mart or Lodnon durgs or gas station and load the voucher by calling *611
