Cannot make outgoing calls

New subscriber here. I can receive calls but CANNOT make outgoing calls. I believe my number was transferred

if it is the old provider sim, you can remove permanently, but don't throw in garbage yet 

@Ferch  If you can’t make outgoing calls it could be account setup issues , if rebooting the device doesn’t help you will need support to refresh your account for you to fix

You mean remove permanently? Or remove and re-insert?

make sure your old sim card from the previous provider is removed, disable it if eSIM

then reboot phone and try
