if it is the old provider sim, you can remove permanently, but don't throw in garbage yet

@Ferch If you can’t make outgoing calls it could be account setup issues , if rebooting the device doesn’t help you will need support to refresh your account for you to fix

make sure your old sim card from the previous provider is removed, disable it if eSIM
then reboot phone and try
