Cannot make or receive calls / cannot open ticket

I am on an unlimited voice plan but I cannot make or receive calls.  3 plans / phones in our family and all are failing.  Text is still working.  I have reset phone, powered off for 15 mins, gone into airplane mode and still cannot make calls.  I have checked my account and everything looks fine ie "active".  I tried to open a ticket but it won't let me log into that screen...   Anyone know what I can do?  I was able to use it in London Ont earlier today but I am home in Oil Springs now and we have problems...   Is there a problem with the local towers?   What can I try?

Thanks, but coverage is not an issue.   I've used the service for years.  I think it has something to do with Public Mobile's VoLTE implementation...

The website is finicky. You will need to submit a ticket for CSA help.  Try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. Or try a different device.
