I bought a subscrption plan but i cannot login. It keeps asking to login, then send the 6digit code & keeps repeating. How can I finish setting up my plan?

Yes, numerous times & its the same thing. It never gives me didnt receive code option.

Did you try login on the PM app on your phone and have the 2FA code sent to your email by clicking on Resend Code/Didn’t Receive Code.

hi @ALH-15 did you ask to port your number into PM? the 6 digits code might have sent to your old carrier sim card if the port is not completed yet
you can also try login using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser
if same, ask PM support to check. you can submit ticket by direct message:
