I bought a subscrption plan but i cannot login. It keeps asking to login, then send the 6digit code & keeps repeating. How can I finish setting up my plan?

Its a new phone activation so I dont need to port. Ive also submitted 2 tickets & CS agents are not replying.I need real help

Yes, numerous times & its the same thing. It never gives me didnt receive code option.
