Been using Samsung S4 FOR SOME TIME,on PM network. Yesterday stop connecting .cannot dial out or receive calls.
How do I fix this ???

Possibly simjacked. Check your account and be sure your SIM card matches

I believe that it may be your sim card. I would order an extra just to keep for situations like this and can rule out problems quickly. can get them for under 5$ shipped to your door on some sites including amazon.

@Padcorp hi if nothing works data text go into your self serve account and check to make sure your sim card number matches with the sim in your phone there have been issues with sim swapping
